Here's what we'll cover:

What changes in postmenopause

Even if hormone fluctuations have settled, your body is continuing to adjust and to a low hormone state.

Why bones, muscles and your brain need continued support

It's not only about symptoms, it's about long-term health and prevention.

How to think about health & vitality now

Postmenopause does not need to be a time of decline. Fine tuning your nutrition and day to day routines can keep you strong, sharp and vital.

"The Pause Program helped me shift from feeling grief over what’s changed to embracing this next stage of life with more acceptance and resilience. It's not about going back — it's about moving forward, stronger and wiser."
