Gain a deeper understanding of the changes happening and how to adapt with more confidence, clarity, and ease. Address common shifts such as changes in weight and body composition, energy levels, sleep, mood, and hormonal balance.

Education

Live, interactive Tuesday evening online sessions that explore the how’s and why’s of perimenopause. The three 90-minute classes include practical strategies, evidence-based insights, and time for Q&A.

Recordings are available for those unable to attend live or for you to revisit later.

 

In-person Sessions

Gather in person (or tune in virtually) for four immersive Saturday sessions of guided movement, small-group discussion, and interactive learning.

Recordings will be available for you to repeat the movement practices or replay the discussions.

 

Community

Between meetings, you’ll have access to a private online group to share reflections, ask questions, and get ongoing support.

Hey, I'm Dr. Marsha

I’m a naturopathic physician of 15 years, founder of Flow Natural Health Care, creator of the Wild Pursuits Method, and a lifelong athlete. After spending years working within a dysfunctional healthcare model and decades pursuing the best way to eat, train, and supplement as an athletic woman, I built a new model – one that truly supports women and especially active women going through perimenopause and menopause. 

Perimenopause is a normal transition that can disrupt and derail almost every area of your life. Despite the fact that every individual with ovaries will go through menopause, there are very few effective and viable solutions being offered. 

The truth is, you do have control over your body in perimenopause and menopause, it just takes strategy and working with your hormones.

Hi, I'm Savonn

I’m the co-founder of Sellwood Yoga and bring over 27 years of teaching experience to my yoga and wellness offerings. As a Certified Menopause Coaching Specialist I combine movement, mindfulness, and evidence-based education to support women through various stages of the menopause transition.

Now in my 50s and postmenopausal myself, I’ve personally experienced the changes and challenges of perimenopause and have a deep, ongoing interest in postmenopausal health and vitality. My goal in the Pause and Pause Plus programs is to provide clear, compassionate guidance while offering the tools, knowledge, and practices that help women feel informed, strong, and supported through these transitions.

I believe in an integrated approach to well-being, one that connects physical strength, emotional resilience, and self-awareness. My classes, workshops, programs and retreats blend skillful instruction with grounded inspiration and a non-dogmatic perspective, encouraging each participant to explore what truly supports them.
